After seeing 
do these so many times, I decided to try by using the program she linked in her Stone Cold Stare art. It's my first time doing this.

It wasn't bad, but you really need to work on timing.
Some text goes by way too quickly. For example, Luna saying "No" in response to Apple Bloom flashes by before you even have a chance to read it.
And some 'animations' are too quick or too slow. For example, Luna walks ways too slow into frame. But Apple Bloom turned around and looked at Luna (after asking about the Queen of Vegetables) for way too short a time.
